Hi! I’m Seyed, enrolled in the Film Production program at VFS starting this March 2026. I’m planning to move in during the last week of February so I can settle in before classes begin — I’m also happy to cover that last week’s rent. I’m a friendly, talkative, hyper-active guy who can chat for hours about literally anything: movies, music, art, history, geography, politics, books, documentaries… you name it. I sing, play guitar, dance, and I genuinely enjoy entertaining the people around me. My friends and family say I’m an entertainer by nature — and honestly, they’re probably right. I don’t drink, but I’m totally fine if my roommates do. I smoke occasionally but planning to quit soon, and I don’t mind others’ habits. As an artist, I don’t judge people for what they do — the only thing I really look for in a roommate is someone who loves art and creativity as much as I do. If you end up sharing a place with me, expect good vibes, great conversations, spontaneous music sessions, and plenty of laughs. 😄
